as an attachment
- If you have a print, or a negative or a slide you will need to
scan it first to produce a digital file

- When you email us photos, please verify that you own the copyright to them or have permission from the copyright owner to modify them.
- In the United States, the creator of a photo (the photographer) is the copyright owner.
- With every order, please include this sentence:
I certify that I either own the copyright to the attached photo(s) or have permission of the copyright owner to have them modified by PhotoRitocco.com.

- High quality retouching requires large files
- Send us at least 300 dpi files of the print dimensions
you want
- Please do not forward us thumbnails - files less than 500KB
are not suitable to be printed
- The maximum print size will depend on the file size - a
larger print size will require a larger file size - we will
let you know the maximum print size we recommend for optimum
results
- Photo should have good composition, sharp focus and sufficient
contrast. Remember that out-of-focus photos cannot be improved
significantly

HOW WE GET BACK TO YOU |
- Retouched photo is forwarded to customers in digital file format
(JPG) downloadable from our server, unless a different format is
requested and agreed upon
- We will send you a proof for your review prior to delivery of
final version
